তথ্য ও সম্প্রচার মন্ত্রী জহির উদ্দিন স্বপন বলেছেন, বাংলাদেশের ভবিষ্যৎ নির্মাণে তরুণ পেশাজীবীThe young professionals are the primary force in building the future of Bangladesh. For sustainable national development, it is essential for the young generation to have ethical leadership, innovative thinking, and collective responsibility. The minister made these remarks on Monday (March 2) while addressing the ‘Leadership Dialogue and Iftar Gathering’ organized by the ‘Forum of Young Professionals’ (FYP) at the Six Seasons Hotel in the capital. The event, attended by prominent personalities and professionals from various sectors, turned into a lively gathering.

Syeed Abu Naser Bakhtiar Ahmed, Chairman of Agrani Bank Limited, was present as a special guest. He advised the youth, “Financial awareness and an entrepreneurial spirit can make any professional successful. To contribute to the country’s economic prosperity and social empowerment, young people must work with professional integrity.”

The event was presided over by Rashed Ul Haque Sarkar, Advisor to the Forum of Young Professionals. He highlighted the organization’s journey, recent achievements, and future plans. He reiterated FYP’s commitment to making a positive contribution to society through leadership development and professional excellence.

A special highlight of the evening was the felicitation ceremony for dedicated members of FYP. Selected members were honored with mementos in recognition of their dedication to the organization, outstanding contributions, and social service activities. Those who have set examples through their leadership qualities and volunteer work were bestowed with this special honor.

A fruitful discussion on the current challenges and opportunities for young professionals took place during the leadership dialogue held before Iftar. Speakers provided guidance for young people navigating the contemporary landscape. The event concluded with a collective Iftar, which further strengthened unity, cooperation, and mutual bonds among the participants.
